Two scientific and technological achievements appraisal meeting of precision spring hanger and constant force spring support without side shift. The appraisal committee composed of seven experts from Shandong University, Shandong Machinery Design and Research, Shandong University of Technology, Sinopec Qilu Petrochemical Company, and Shandong Zhihui Vermicular Graphite Cast Iron New Material Technology Co., Ltd. listened to the project report and reviewed the technology. The data, after investigating the site, after inquiries and discussions, formed an appraisal opinion as follows: "The project is innovative in structural design, and its main performance indicators have reached the domestic leading level of similar products."
The large-displacement high-precision spring hanger can provide variable force support with a large displacement, and the load change rate is small, the installation load accuracy is high, it is safe and convenient, does not generate additional stress on the pipeline, and is easy to install, and has a wide range of applications; The thermal pipeline and equipment suspended or supported by the force spring support can still obtain a constant suspension force or supporting force when displaced, so that it will not cause the load transfer of the pipeline and equipment and the additional stress caused by it. This avoids load transfer and dangerous bending stress due to thermal deformation of the pipeline system, and ensures the normal operation of pipelines and equipment.
